Simple Will
This accommodates the balance in the Retirement Savings Account (RSA) of an individual; irrespective of their Pension Fund Administrator (PFA), the proceeds due to the individual under the group life assurance of their company, and the balance in the personal bank accounts of such an individual.
Comprehensive Will
This provides for all the assets (i.e cash balance in bank and Retirement Savings Account, houses, land, shoes, intellectual property, Royalties, all investments, shares, cars etc.) of an individual.
Classic Will
This accommodates the balance in the bank and retirement savings account (RSA) of an individual; irrespective of their Pension Fund Administrator (PFA), the proceeds due to the individual under the group life assurance of their company, and the balance in the personal bank accounts of such an individual and a Few Fixed Assets.
